Objectives:

  • Define the high- level hotel booking flow for a mobile app.

  • Address all the issues highlighted in the customer journey map

 

Methodology

 

I've started by sketching out. the user flow from the home screen to the payment one. Each screen or screen state was represented by a box while the interactions was represented by a circle.

Interaction Design

I sketched the screens and screen states to have a low-level design that would help understand and apply best practices to end up with a polished user flow. I iterate in this phase several times to get to the point where I felt comfortable.
