Affinity Diagram

To sort and organise the large amount of unstructured data I had collected, I opted to analyze my findings by creating an affinity diagram. This approach enabled me to clearly define and articulate the problem, providing a framework that would be invaluable later in the design phase.

This phase was dedicated to refining the insights obtained in earlier steps.

 

It was time for in-depth interpretation, where I aimed to delve deeper into understanding the users' feelings and actions, ensuring the narrative was communicated clearly.
